What makes for a quality daycare center is quality management, caring staff, quality curriculum that is implemented daily in a clean and loving environment. At Watch Me Grow we put all of our efforts and resources into these components. We are not a chain with multiple locations. We are a single, family owned and operated center which enables us to monitor and manage our center to a standard of quality that cannot be matched by multiple location daycare chains. We monitor and care for our center like only an owner can.

Our Director, Miss Kim, has over 26 years of daycare experience with all age groups. She has been our Director since 1999. She knows every student and parent by name and is always available to assist our families in all matters.

Our owners, Mr. Eric and Miss Sharon, are involved in the daily operations of the center. They are involved in all aspects of the center, from managing, accounting, purchasing, maintaining, and cleaning of the center. They care for the quality of our facility, staff, and programs like only owners can.

Unlike many centers, our curriculum is not “canned” curriculum dictated by some corporate office. Each Lead Teacher at Watch Me Grow develops curriculum for their respective classroom. This enables teachers to develop age appropriate curriculum tailored to the interests of the children in their specific class. Beware of centers that use “canned” curriculum that they apply to all classrooms.

Watch Me Grow has a large playground with two, separate age appropriate playground structures plus a car/trike area. We also have a nature trail ready to explore and discover. Unlike other centers, we have multiple outdoor play areas so we can accommodate all age groups outside, without mixing age groups.

Watch Me Grow was designed and built specifically to provide child care services. We have a large indoor playground, Spanish Room, and Computer Lab. In addition, each of our classrooms has its own observation window, emergency exit, and restroom. Our classrooms also contain more learning materials and supplies than other centers.

Watch Me Grow prides itself in offering the highest quality food. We serve many of the same national brands you serve at home such as: Yoplait, Pepperidge Farm, Nabisco, Tyson, Hershey, Kraft, Betty Crocker, Prego, Del Monte, Oscar Mayer, General Mills, Smuckers, Schwebels, and Costanzo products. Watch Me Grow serves breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack all of which are included in the price of tuition.

Our teaching staff meets all of the requirements set forth by the New York State Office of Children & Family Services. Our faculty also participates in continuing education training the following areas: Principles of Child Development, Nutrition & Health Needs of Children, Program Development, Safety & Security, Record Maintenance, CPR & First Aid, Child Abuse Identification & Prevention, Child Care Statutes & Regulations
